Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is on the lookout for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Marion, IN. Enjoy the benefits of a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, working in a thriving and supportive environment. BECOMING OUR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an Inside Sales Representative, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you develop customer relationships, follow up on leads, make outbound calls to highlight promotions, and achieve set sales goals. Experience in a call center environment, working with call center technology solutions, and prior HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge are a plus!
