Job Title: Remote IT Helpdesk Worker

Job Summary: As a Remote IT Helpdesk Worker, you will be the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance. You will provide support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical expertise.

Location: Minnesota or Colorado Springs preferred. Hybrid position- some in person work may be required

Hours: 7am-4pm MST

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for end users, addressing and resolving basic technical issues.
• Recommend improvements to systems and processes to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Follow a checklist of maintenance procedures to ensure the optimal functioning of computer systems.
• Provide assistance with IT-related projects, collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Document all user interactions, incidents, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support while maintaining clear communication with the user.

Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
