Job Summary: Provide superior customer service. Process and invoice orders; create and update spreadsheets for reporting purposes. Provide price analysis and price sheets. Create export documentation as needed.

Essential Functions:

· Order Processing – entries and revisions (domestic, export) – via phone, email, and verbal from Sales Dept.

• Processing of invoices, required documentation, claims and credits - verify pricing, allowances, product, and prepare documents for mailing and distribution.
• Communication with customers, salesperson, and department.
• Communication with freight forwarders and steamship.

· Automated Export System (AES) filing.

• Order Confirmations.

· Responsible for the management & accuracy of inventory, (bags and stickers), in bag warehouse and packaging locations.

• Coordinating Fumigation between Mill, Finished Goods if needed.
• Create, Modify and LP Configuration.

· End of the month coordination for Shipping/Invoicing out orders.

• Communicate customer claims with the appropriate Salesman.
• Manage/Update SBS/Taiwan Spreadsheet.
• BI liaison to Sale Department.
• Performs general support duties for Sales Management and others in the department.
• Works with CRM tool to assist sales organization with management of information, data entry and processing of reports from the tool.
• Interface with customers via phone or email in handling various needs of the customer.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Department to leverage ERP for generating new leads

· Engage with the Food Safety Team in conducting monthly internal audits.

· Stays current on existing and emerging products and technologies

· Develops effective and productive working relationships with all SVR staff members

· Provide export sales support for existing and new business

· Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team to provide feedback on new technology implementation.

· Support management by contributing to PowerPoint presentations

• Understands and adheres to GFSI standards to include SQF.
• Follows Sun Valley’s Good Manufacturing Practices.

Required Education and Experience:
Associate degree from two-year college or technical school; six-months to one-year related experience/training; or combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Ability to speak fluent Japanese is mandatory
