The Benefits Manager at Tao Group Hospitality will help to oversee team member benefits programs and leave administration. This person will collaborate with the People Practices Benefits team to oversee the day-to-day administration, compliance, and maintenance of our benefits, leave and 401K programs. Responsibilities include processing employee data, producing benefits related reports and ensuring compliance with for all benefits programs. This role will also be integral part of the business helping to explain our benefits programs to our growing population of team members. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with databases and HR software like payroll systems, timekeeping systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, 401K programs, and benefits vendor service portals.
