Privately owned Dermatology Practice is expanding it's team!

This is a Full time position

The Practice offers Medical, Cosmetic and Surgical Dermatology. We are seeking an energetic team-oriented individual to work directly with the leadership to continue building an exceptional dermatology practice

This position will be responsible for:

Directly assisting the provider with all aspects of dermatology care including biopsies, excisions, cryo-therapy, sutures, suture removals, general office visits, laser therapies, injections, and wound care

Accurately and completely scribing all notes during the visit for provider in EMR

Maintain nurses station, exam rooms, lab; setting processes and protocols for clinical flow

Sterilizing instruments, maintain an organized workspace

Scheduling patients as needed for follow up appointments

Required Experience

3 years working directly assisting a Dermatologist with hands-on patient care

2 years working with an Electronic Medical Record (EZ Derm preferred)

Strong understanding of Dermatology terminology, medications, procedures, and treatments

Experience assisting with cosmetic injectables, skin care products preferred

Phlebotomy experience a plus

Leadership qualities, team player and self-starter mentality is required
