About the Position

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to reach out directly to prospective customers who are not in an active conversation with our Inside Sales Team or currently on a free-trial of our software. You will prospect your assigned portfolio, fill your calendar, supply a product demonstration and win their business.
Our Outbound Sales Specialist will take on an integral role within our Sales Team as we continue to grow our total client footprint and expand upon our market dominance. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales and help fine-tune the best strategy for our company to grow our outbound sales effort. This will be the only outbound position in the company so the ability to bring flexibility, creativity, and iterate quickly will be mission-critical as we build this together.


Core Responsibilities

  • Prioritize a large list of prospective customers into a smaller actionable and effective outbound effort and continue to add to the list.
  • Build your pipeline of customers by calling, emailing & using other forms of outreach. There is a big emphasis on being confident with and willing to call people.
  • Manage your pipeline with extreme ownership.
  • Exceptional product demonstration skills are a must-have as we need to show people value and win their business as quickly as possible. This is a high-velocity and volume based sales position.
  • Be a product expert in regards to both functionality and value.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure we share our learnings and uplevel our offerings.


Who You Are

  • 5 years of software sales experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Successful track record of selling to individuals, teams and organizations.
  • Comfortable navigating within a high growth company culture.
  • You are a humble and hardworking individual that is results-oriented.
  • You believe that being a part of a team is the only way to be truly successful.
  • Self competitive and self motivated- we believe in constantly challenging ourselves to promote our own growth.
  • Innovative in thought and embracing of the correct type of change.
  • Proven track record of success with self-sourcing and converting pipeline.

Pay & Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time
Total Compensation Package:
  • Base Salary: $65,000 per year
  • Variable Salary: $40,000 target per year with uncapped earning potential & accelerators
Total Rewards:
  • Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision, employer paid life insurance, employer paid short & long term disability
  • Paid Time Off: Unlimited vacation and sick time, plus paid parental leave
