Sparrow Bakery is Hiring an Experienced Bread Baker - Night Shift (FT) Near Bend, OR

Hello Friends! Sparrow Bakery is a busy, medium-sized, regional wholesale and retail bakery specializing in hand laminated croissants, artisan breads, and crave-worthy café foods. We are searching for a FT (4-5 days/week) Experienced Night Shift Artisan Bread Baker (or a very eager, skilled, committed Apprentice) to add to our team.

**The hours of this position are typically 5pm-1am** which can work really well if you're somewhat of a night owl and/or enjoy taking advantage of our beautiful days here in Bend! The preferred days of work for this position are Tuesday-Saturday.

Pay will depend upon relevant experience:

  • $20-$23/hr - Experienced (3 yrs professional baking experience)
  • $18.50-$19.50/hr - Apprentice (less than 2 yrs professional baking / cooking experience)
  • $500 sign-on bonus
  • FT: 4-5 nights / week, 5pm-1am, ability to work one weekend day
