South Restaurant Coffeehouse is looking for an outgoing, creative Bakery Supervisor with professional experience and a great attitude, who enjoys leading a team.

The Bakery Supervisor is responsible for managing the production of the bakery at South Restaurant Coffeehouse, and the wholesale baking for Snow City Café and Muse. They motivate and support the bakery team to create consistent and exciting baked goods and desserts for the guest. The Bakery Supervisor pushes creativity and excellence while keeping within budget and controlling bakery costs. They work with the Executive Chef and the General Manager to ensure a cohesive bakery program that complements and enhances our menus and overall vision.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a baker or pastry chef in a commercial kitchen/bakery
• A current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Experience in recipe development and execution
• Be at least 18 years of age

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
