Position Summary
As a Customer Liaison at Real Radiology, you will be responsible for the functions of the implementation and management of all customers served. This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with customer contacts to ensure excellent customer service.
Essential Job Functions
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal team members to address all aspects of customer management
Facilitate all aspects of the implementation process for the onboarding of all new customers
Develop a robust dashboard that documents the health of the customer
Continuously review and update
Facilitate the presentation of the dashboards to internal team along with customers
Schedule and drive monthly meetings with customers to review dashboards and address concerns
Cultivates relationships with key contacts of clients and internal team members to ensure expectations are clearly defined and are mutual in scope throughout the life cycle of the customer
Provide timely communication to both internal and external parties and escalate concerns appropriately Ensure resolution of any action items related to those concerns is addressed timely
Work collaboratively with peers and leadership on process improvement projects
Assist with customer implementations and management of onboarding tasks
Other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associates degree required (focus on business administration, business coaching, or relationship management is highly desired) or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
2-3 years of client or employee support or project management experience preferred
Experience with CRM software strongly preferred
Previous experience in a training development role strongly preferred

They will be communicating with others to exchange information, and this is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting.
