Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Prepare basic food items such as salads or appetizers as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
