Saratoga Group is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Greenville, NC
As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to apply your hands-on expertise relative to groundskeeping and home improvement to make a positive and notable difference in the accommodations at our Greenville, North Carolina communities.
Job Qualifications
- Available to work full-time, weekdays, 9 AM – 5 PM local time
- Has driver's license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance
- Able to travel to and work at multiple sites in the greater local area
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Able to be outside and walk across communities in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Able to go up and down stairs and climb ladders
- Able to climb, kneel, crouch, bend, crawl, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds or more without assistance
- Able to operate machinery, such as mowers, weed eaters, other lawn care machinery, backhoes and similarly sized machines, and other equipment needed to maintain, repair, and refurbish manufactured homes
- $35,000 - $40,000 annually, paid at an hourly rate
