Saratoga Group is Hiring a Laborer Near Norfolk, NE

As a full-time Laborer, you will have the opportunity to apply your hands-on expertise relative to groundskeeping and home improvement to make a positive and notable difference in the accommodations at our Norfolk, Nebraska community, La Bonita.
Compensation
- $40,000 annually

Job Qualifications
- Full-time availability on weekdays from 9 AM – 5 PM
- Valid driver's license and regular access to personal vehicle
- Communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Physically able to be outside and walk across communities in various weather conditions for extended periods of time, go up and down stairs, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, bend, crawl, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds or more without assistance
- Able to operate machinery, such as mowers, weed eaters, other lawn care machinery, backhoes and similarly sized machines, and other equipment needed to maintain, repair, and refurbish manufactured homes
Responsibilities
- Groundskeeping (e.g., lawn care, snow removal, construction work)
- Home improvement (e.g., plumbing, electrical, custodial, painting)
- Customer service and resident relations
- Facilitation of move-in, move-out, and special events
- Team collaboration
- Problem and conflict resolution
