HR Recruiter

Description: We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team and help us grow our company's talent base. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and refining the internal recruitment process. This position is remote but must be based in GA, or FL. Up to 25% travel in the first year.

Duties andResponsibilities:

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy in conjunction with the HR Manager.
• Update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards and ATS.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews and phone screens using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Create management templates for interview questions and support manager use of the ATS.
• In conjunction with HR Administrator, onboard new employees following company practices.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the HR team.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, partners, and candidates.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes. Phone interviewing, reference check, background screening.
• Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, a plus
• Strong decision-making skills.

Education and Experience:

• BS/MS in Human Resources Management. Or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of recruiting experience in an HR setting.
• Previous experience in a similar role and/or similar responsibilities is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full Time, non- exempt

Hours: 8AM – 4:30PM

Work Location: Remote based in FL or GA, travel up to 25% for the first year.
