The Role
Support service through mastery of FOH roles and understanding of Rhubarb
Supervision of FOH team of servers, bartenders, support, and hosts; comfortable with giving both praise and discipline as needed
Serve as a guest liaison on the floor: respond to guest feedback, touch tables, and provide recovery where necessary
Assist with menu edits, POS accuracy, and website updates
Take pride in the physical environment of the restaurant: keep high standards for cleanliness and order, maintain food safety practices according to health code, insure tools and equipment are in good working order
Assist the GM with managing revenue through labor cost maintenance, maximization of reservations/guest count, beverage cost control, sound business decision-making
Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: helping execute wine dinners and other special events, utilizing technology (POS system, reservation application), inventory and ordering for FOH dry goods

1-2 years of previous people management experience, any industry
