ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a customer-oriented expert, you will recommend Life / Health Property and Casualty insurance services and products based on needs-based conversations.

Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the needed security to families.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services based on needs.
• Work with the agent to meet marketing and sales goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Dependable.

• Have or be able to acquire Property and Casualty license and Life license.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Display good analytical skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
