- Work in a growing, fast-paced company consulting with business professionals to recommend a strategic training solution to address business problems.
- Use outbound marketing techniques of 50 calls and emails to existing customers and leads a day to generate interest in eLearning.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to consult with clients and recommend solutions.
- Assist customers with solving business issues through training solutions.
- Establish and maintain quality relationships with clients.
- Apply coaching techniques to improve quality of each conversation.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Eager to learn.
- Assertive, goal oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Enjoys autonomy while also being supported by a team environment.
