JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We will provide training and give you the tools required to succeed!!!
• Timely and efficient maintenance and resolution of all assigned orders (from assignment to shipment) to make sure customers’ expectations are met or (preferably) exceeded
• Contact customers via phone and email to obtain information and/or discuss details in an effort to quickly resolve issues holding up orders.
• Maintains communication with apparel buyers, warehouse and production with regards to goods procurement, arrival dates/receiving, damages, shortages or missing stock.
