JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Sales team with proofing process.
  • Support Customer and Sales Team order movement needs to meet event dates.
  • Balancing between operations and sales to assist in customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns and requests to help support the sale and provide solutions to any potential problem.
  • Provide agreed upon status updates to the corresponding Account Manager regarding open orders and any outstanding issues/resolutions being provided to clients.
  • Improve the customer experience when needed with additional product support.
  • Other support duties as deemed necessary by sales team partner.

Compensation:

  • From $20/hour
