We're looking for an experienced and responsible team member to join our front office. The ideal candidate for this position has administrative abilities and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work directly with patients, insurance agents and dental staff. Someone who is comfortable answering questions and helping people out.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct patients and visitors in a timely manner.
• Answer telephone calls and forward messages to appropriate personnel.
• Check appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Organize and update the schedule.
• Manage patient records.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Handle insurance paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
