About Major League Cricket:
Major League Cricket (MLC) is America's first and only world-class T20 league, featuring top-tier cricket action. The league's second season will take place in the summer of 2024, with matches held at the newly renovated Grand Prairie Stadium and Church Street Park. The six founding teams—Los Angeles Knight Riders, MI New York, San Francisco Unicorns, Seattle Orcas, Texas Super Kings, and Washington Freedom—will compete for the championship title.

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Merch Concession Staff for the 2024 MLC season. As a member of the Merch Concession team, you will play a key role in enhancing the fan experience by providing excellent service and efficiently managing merchandise sales during the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and dismantle merchandise stands at assigned locations within the stadium.
• Display merchandise in an attractive and organized manner.
• Assist customers with their purchases, providing information on products and handling transactions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly concession area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or restocking needs.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the concession stands.
• Adhere to all stadium policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
