Responsibilities:
Production Projects:
· Assist with pack and pull orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Receive, update, and organize inventory to optimize workflow efficiency.
· Maintain accurate inventory counts using internal software systems.
· Support embroidery orders to meet client specifications.
· Manage local and FedEx deliveries to ensure timely distribution.
· Create and print shipping labels with precision and attention to detail.
Office Assistance:
· Communicate with vendors to obtain product/order updates, fostering strong relationships.
· Respond promptly to client emails and calls, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
· Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate extensions for efficient resolution.
· Provide clients with tracking details and order statuses, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
· Welcome walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism, representing Optamark's commitment to exceptional service.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and see the big picture of projects.
· Basic computer knowledge is required, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management software preferred.
· High School Diploma or higher education is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
