Relationships: VP of Institutional Advancement, Director of Research and Prospect Strategy, Senior Director of Development, Director of Events, Finance Department
Central Role: Collaborate with the Director of Institutional Giving to support the company’s artistic, educational, and strategic initiatives through Opera Philadelphia foundation, corporate, and government campaigns. The role will support the Institutional Giving (IG) grant lifecycle process, including work on proposals, reports and communications, grant budgeting, recordkeeping, and gift acknowledgement. The role will also support the Director of Institutional Giving’s portfolio of proposals, reports, communications, and grant budgeting. The position will work closely with other members of a talented fundraising team to advance the philanthropic goals of Opera Philadelphia.
