Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for the office. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible to assist patients, visitors, etc. with accessing the necessary personnel and resources (i.e. medications, appointments, etc.) at the Philmont Guidance Center. He/She ultimately is responsible to provide administrative support across the organization and ensure that the Front Desk consistently welcomes all who contact the office in accordance with the Mission and Values of The Philmont Guidance Center.
