**Position Available**

We're looking for a talented Patient Care Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of dental office experience. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our dental office, ensuring seamless operations and fostering exceptional patient experiences.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Efficiently coordinate treatment schedules to keep our doctors and hygienists busy and productive.

- Communicate treatment plans effectively, achieving a remarkable patient acceptance rate of 85% or higher.

- Handle insurance benefits and create financial arrangements for our valued patients.

- Follow up with patients and schedule essential dental treatments.

- Provide valuable advice and recommendations for necessary dental care.

- Deliver top-notch customer service that leaves our patients smiling.
