• Code and post accounts receivable payments
• Post new vehicle purchases, deposits, and journal entries
• Bill wholesale and dealer trade transactions
• Process warranty and insurance contracts
• Responsible for Payroll processing including compiling, verifying calculations and reports for accuracy as well as all related record keeping
• Responsible for keeping abreast of Federal and State requirements in the field of payroll and labor laws
• Reconcile accounting schedules
• Assist with general accounting procedures as necessary

• Experience in payroll, taxes, financial statements, warranties and accounts receivable
• Automotive dealership experience is a PLUS!
• Strong accounting background
• Good work ethic and communication skills
• Ability to solve issues in a professional and tactful manner
• Detail-oriented with strong math, computer and organizational skills
