We are the preferred lender for several top producing real estate teams. We are responsible for all the mortgage operations within our family of companies.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong interest in business intelligence and is able to shift from tasks seamlessly.

Duties:
- Assist in analyzing business data
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with our teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Support the development and maintenance of operational processes and workflows
- Perform business analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies for optimization
- Create dashboards of work flow using tools Asana
- Participate in project management activities as needed

Experience:
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry is a plus!
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana (CRM's in General)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to cut time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well with the rest of the operations team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
