Loan Officer Training and Support
Duties:
- Update and manage the Company's training program, including delivery of the curriculum, conducts training on a regular basis, new hire orientation, and identify training needs with team leaders.
- Establish and assesses training efficeiency
- Supports new hires on a day to day basis
- Collaborate with Team Leaders on training activities
- Keep up to date with new lending regulations
- This position requires a person who is willing to be hands on. A person who can coach and willing to hold others accountable
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a mortgage broker or lending institution preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of lending regulations and guidelines
