- Fluently Speak/Read/Write in English and Mandarin or Spanish
- 1 year of accounting payable experience preferred.
- Must be detail-orientated with legal working status
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, punctual, reliable

General Responsibilities:
- Apply payments received via wire/ACH/Checks
- Receive emails containing receipt of remittances for cash application
- Communicate with customers regarding remittances and status of payments
- Process freight releases
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
