Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control

- Perform complex driveability and electrical repairs on all car lines per factory guidelines.

-Perform inspections on vehicles to determine other needs they may have.

-Maintain high productivity numbers.
- Supervise a team of shop technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that vehicles are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and maintenance logs

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Shop Supervisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
