Responsibilities – Accounting Clerk:

• Accounts payable
• Pulling contracts
• Preparation of sales commission sheets tag and title
• Backup billing and car deal processing
• Posting incentives
• Payroll and HR
• Expense trend analysis

Qualifications/Requirements - Accounting Clerk:

• Automotive accounting and/or Accounts Payable experience is preferred but will train the right person!
• Must be a self-starter
• DMV experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma
• Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing.
• Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping and mathematics for data entry assignments.
• Must be able to multitask without losing focus
• Must be able to manage internal/external relations successfully.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to answer and transfer phone calls.
• Excellent customer relations and service.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
