Our rapidly growing mass tort law firm is seeking an organized and charismatic intake specialist to grow with us.

Location

• This is a hybrid position with a preference for -3 days in the office each week. Our office is located in Downtown Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and/or a sales background
• Preference for experience working in an intake department (legal experience preferred)
• Be very personable and connect with future clients
• Strong hunger to succeed and grow

Responsibilities

• Speak with new clients to determine if we can assist them with their case
• Follow up on intake documentation using phone, e-mail, and text
• Craft intake criteria in consultation with attorneys and paralegals
• Build and run reports for our firm and our partners
• Develop intake call scripts, client questionnaires, and other forms necessary to sign up new clients
• Work closely with our attorneys to understand the cases we handle and why we do and do not take certain cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.86 - $25.92 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
