Schedule: Monday – Friday typically day hours with availability for evenings and weekends based on needs of the program and staffing. Managers are on-call for their program during the week and rotate being on-call during the weekends and holidays with a team of managers.

MERIDIAN SERVICES provides person centered services to people with Mental Illness, intellectual and physical disabilities in a variety of settings, including Residential Services, In Home Services/semi-independent living assistance, and vocational services. The Program Manager has full responsibilities at their assigned program along with supporting other program for on-call coverage. Responsibilities will include direct care at the site, supervision and training of direct care staff, oversight of the people we serve, programming and licensing regulations, and all administrative functions and reporting for the program.

At the Edgewood home, located in Crystal, is an adult crisis home. The home is developed for typically 45 day stay for individuals. Staff work on developing and implementing methods for stabilizing difficult behaviors. Staff at the home should have some experience working with autism, mental health, behavioral management plans, comfortable with personal cares and following routines. Staff within the home must be comfortable with use of emergency use of manual restraints.
