Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning is a fast growing, heating, cooling, and electrical service company. With over 30years of operating history, we are one of the leading providers of HVAC services in Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Puyallup, and the surrounding areas. Mercurio’s is looking for a competitive Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who will provide follow-up support for our sales channels. The company expects the ISR to recommend process improvements, set and meet/exceed position goals with management, to be self-motivated and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.

Full Time: Tuesday - Saturday

Compensation : $18 - $32/hr, including commission earnings!

This position is for 40 hours/week. Your schedule would be as follows:

  • Tuesday – Friday : 10am - 7pm, Saturday 8am-5pm
  • You must have the ability to have flexibility with your schedule on occasion If someone is out sick or on vacation, we may need you to help by altering your work hours temporarily. If we get busy, you may need to stay a little longer to finish up all of your work.

The position includes the following duties:

  • Following up via phone, email, and text with clients on active estimates in the Sales Channels for Service Techs and Sales Advisors
  • Updating ServiceTitan with information pertinent to each customer
  • Scheduling sales appointments for follow ups
  • Produce accurate reports for management
  • Maintain communication with the Sales and Operations teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

  • 1 years call center sales or appointment setting
  • Previous experience in HVAC, Electrical services, Plumbing, or construction a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ServiceTitan a plus
  • Proficient at typing and comfortable with computers
  • Skilled at data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • 1 year experience in an office customer service setting with any sort of heavy phone responsibilities
  • Able to pass background and drug screening
