My Doctor LLC is Hiring a Medical Office Assistant Near Cincinnati, OH

Medical Office Assistant – Primary Care Medical Practice

Primary Care Medical Practice seeking an energetic and positive team member with excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask in a busy office environment, well organized, computer skills with the ability to learn. Requirement to have previous medical office experience.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Front Desk Duties
  • Greeting and scheduling of patients in person and on the telephone
  • Check in of patients
  • Answer multiline phones promptly & professionally
  • Knowledgeable of services offered including time & other requirements for each service
  • Maintain patient accounts; recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Scheduling patient appointments with Medical Specialist
  • Patient interaction & care
  • Assist Physician
  • Obtaining patient information, pertinent information, vitals and updating EMR system
  • Assist with clinical procedures, bloodwork, vaccines and lab specimens
  • General medical office support tasks; scrubbing instruments, cleaning rooms, etc.
  • Adhere to all government regulations regarding Medicare and HIPAA compliance
  • Other duties as requested or assigned

Position is full-time, (30-35) hours per week, with benefits after ninety-day new-hire period.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
