As a Direct Support Professional with MV Advancements, you get to be the instrument that creates those moments with the people you support. No experience is required for this role, and we are happy to teach anyone who is willing to learn.
Available Shifts: We are currently hiring for Saturday- Tuesday day/swing shift hours.
Physical Requirements of a DSP Job
  1. Ability to Pass CPR Certification: All workers must pass the Red Cross CPR, First Air/AED certification. This required CPR to be performed on the ground, including rescue breaths. All employees must pass the online AND hands-on portions of this certification
  2. Ability to pass Oregon Intervention Systems Certification:
Salary
This position starts at $18.00, with a 15% shift differential. All hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! We also offer a $500 sign-on bonu s$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months.
