Staff Position – McCall’s Community Homes Ada

At McCall’s Chapel School and McCall’s Community Homes, we provide a safe, nurturing environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. In doing so, we take all possible precautions related to COVID-19 and require all new hires to meet vaccination requirements.

Community Home Staff Provide a safe, nurturing environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. McCall's Community Homes provides a place where individuals can reside and receive support which promotes independence, self-sufficiency, and personal goal attainment.

Direct care staff day or night shifts. Shifts are 12 hours - working 3 days one week and 4 days the next week with a 3 day weekend every other week. Overtime available.
