Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreaching to customer and networking
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related role
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated success in account management and business development
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
