•  Managing accounts payable using Quickbooks and MS Office programs.
• Assisting Office Manger with any financial documents
• Collecting and reconciling invoices with statements.
• Ensuring bills paid according to scheduled due dates and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
• Verifying charges are accurate and ready for processing.
• Processing due invoices for payment. 
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
