Qualifications/Position Requirements: No prior experience in crisis intervention? No problem. We're looking for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and who are deeply empathetic and compassionate with good judgement. While a high school diploma is required, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences. If you have a genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. It is a plus if you have some college, previous volunteer or work experience in social services or non-profit fields.
