Develops, implements and evaluates necessary tools and resources to assure successful operation of clinical systems and programs that promote regulatory compliance and quality patient care. Makes recommendations to the Executive Director, Clinical Operations Manager, and hospice Program Directors/ Patient Care Coordinators as necessary to improve or maintain clinical systems, policies, and procedures.
