Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient performance
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions

Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and managing budgets
- Proficient in interviewing techniques to select qualified candidates
- Sales experience to drive revenue growth
- Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team
- Knowledge of store management practices and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Experience as a clerk or in a similar retail role is beneficial
- Team management skills to motivate and lead staff effectively
- Understanding of market trends to make informed decisions
