```Duties```
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Provide guidance and support to sales associates in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and closing sales
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure sales associates are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and sales techniques; coach team in the moment
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate product labeling
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a retail sales or leadership role
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent employee orientation skills, including training and onboarding new hires
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifts and schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to recruit, hire, and train new employees
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
