We are looking for an Office Manager/AP/.AR who wants to join our team and grow with the company in the Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Perform Accounts payable tasks and reconciliations
• Process bi-weekly Payroll with third party payroll processing company.
• File any necessary Monthly/Quarterly taxes - Federal/State/County
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
• Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred · Knowledge of Quickbooks `~1-2 years of professional experience in accounting and finance · Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) · Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with multitasking skills · Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both in writing and verbally, with management, vendors · Able to work as a team player
