Job Summary:
We are seeking a SUSHI Helper to assist in various tasks related to food preparation and service within our culinary department. The ideal candidate will support the culinary team in ensuring efficient meal preparation and service.

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation activities under the guidance of culinary staff
- Help with meal assembly, including portioning and plating
- Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Aid in the setup and breakdown of serving stations
- Follow food safety guidelines and protocols during all tasks

-Meet the needs of customers dinning at sushi bar from service to food accomodations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is a plus
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team setting and take direction from supervisors
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced kitchen environment
