Overview:

We are a land surveying company, seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience with accounting software.

Responsibilities:

· Billing clients

· Posting payment

· Entering our accounts payables

· Paying our accounts payables

· Itemize credit card breakdowns monthly

· Enter customized journal entries per CPA or as needed

· Partial and final job waivers when needed

· Mail out monthly client statements

· Call and email for collections

· Conduct account analysis and reconciliation monthly

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Understanding of financial concepts such as debits and credits
- Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Competence in general ledger accounting
