Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs for children in the childcare center
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Supervise and support childcare staff in their daily activities
  • Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
