• Maintain licensing and accreditation standards
• Place supply and weekly food orders
• Maintain staff and student file records
• Manage POC and WPA scholarships
• Tuition and collection of payments
• Drive Van if needed ( this is a plus)
• Maintains policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Creates and manages the annual calendar of activities such as special events.
• Collaborates with the Center Director to sustain, promote, and grow Center programs and services.
• Participates in strategic planning and presides over staff meetings.
