John Ed Chambers Memorial Hospital is looking for a Home Health Manager. The agency covers the Yell and Perry county area,. The candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• RN License
• has good understanding of OASIS, QAPI, PDGM ad Medicare and State rules
• provides leadership, supervision, training, and direction to clinical and office staff
• supervises skilled care and waiver programs provided by the agency
• prepares monthly schedules for the nursing staff
• provides coverage as needed for the nursing staff
• familiar to all aspects of home health management including billing and financial
• responsible for referral intake, oversight of eligibility of patients referred for home health services
• implementing and maintaining administrative practices, policies and procedures which assures compliance with State and Federal regulations
• participates in committees for the hospital
• minimum of 5 years experience in home health management role
