If you possess a minimum of one year's recent experience in home health, proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB), exceptional clinical skills, and a genuine commitment to providing top-quality patient care, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive home care treatment plans.
- Thoroughly document and monitor patient conditions and progress using OASIS and HCHB systems.
- Administer medication and provide crucial wound care as needed.
- Utilize your expertise in OASIS and HCHB for accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications Needed:
- Active RN licensure in Arkansas.
- At least one year of recent home health experience.
- Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) systems.
- Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
Additional Details:
- Mileage reimbursement available for travel within Fort Smith.
