SALES COORDINATOR

Seeking a friendly, hospitable associate that is interested in more than a job; but looking for opportunities to shine and grow your career in the hospitality industry with a dual-coordinator position that consists of two separate properties. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to give our guests an EXCEPTIONAL experience. Duties will include:

• Promotes hotel and becomes informed and knowledgeable of upcoming events, functions, and amenities in our locations and in the surrounding area.
• Serves as an additional point of contact for clients and communicates via email/phone to respond to questions and requests.
• Helps maintain sales schedule, appointments, and tours via direction from the Director of Sales.
• Uncovers client needs during tours at both Serendipity Labs and the hotel while providing a pleasant and inviting experience.
• Helps generate leads through networking, prospecting, and other outlets with guidance from the Director of Sales.
• Uses creative reasoning to overcome guest objections and concerns and to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Forwards information on prospects and tours in a timely manner to the Director of Sales for closing process.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
